The stay was very pleasant, hotel staff was very kind to upgrade my room with the luxury suite without any charges. Short but very comfortable.

Mk vivanta gwalior service is below average. There are leakage in bathroom. No soap, dental or shaving kit provided. Only good thing was that rooms are spacious but, no heater in room in january month.

Average i would say because property are not clean, service issues and only one day stay but hotel management charged for 2 days i also spoke to make my 訂房網站 call centre to cancel one day i already checked out before 11 am.

My stay was amazing at hotel mk vivanta, gwalior. The room was so good looking and clean, the bed bathroom table and all the furniture was amazing. Looking forward to staying at it again.

There was poor service in this hotel i paid 2700 rupees but the room was not proper clean and given towel in bathroom was dirty and landline number was not active the services was not as per luxury room.

Not a single thing was working in the room. Intercom, taps, ac, even drawers were not closing.

Very unclean and un hygienic room. Staff was very unprofessional. Never recommend anyone to go for this hotel. Worst experience.

It all started with non availability of room key, then no water and no kettle in my room. U had to buy an electric kettle from the nearby shopping mall. There was no buffet and i had to wait for the breakfast to be made. There was no water and the moment i opened the tap, it just broke and the worst part was that the hotel management had to be informed every now and then about the issues. There was so much of noise and the intercom in my room was also not working. The worst stay of my life and i don’t recommend this hotel to anybody.
